Zero-emission turned parts? Is that even possible? This question we asked ourselves at baierdrehteile and work every day to answer it with “Yes, with us it is”. We haven’t quite succeeded yet, but we are making great progress in terms of sustainable production. This ranges from completely lead-free materials, to the energetically greatly improved manufacturing of our machines and the PV system on the roof, to the reprocessing of waste and plastic-free packaging. This allows us to increasingly reduce our CO2 footprint and get closer to the development of emission-free turned parts. What is your opinion on this topic?
